Before you call
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes, and it often works out. But Saturdays and after 17:00 are busy — booking online is the difference between sitting down straight away and waiting half an hour.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Through the link in your confirmation email. If that fails, call the shop you booked at — just let us know if you cannot make it.
Does my barber work at both shops?
Most are fixed to one shop. Three split their week across both — their page says which days they are where. See the team.
